Requirements :

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) is preferred
2. Max 40 Years
3. Have working experience in field sales 
4. Have good Leadership, Communication, Teamwork & Analytical Thinking
5. Capacity to understand field sales functions (regional management, distributor business processes, salesman productivity, excellence in execution)
6. Good behavior, honest, firm, disciplined and responsible
7. Have a driving license (SIM A & SIM C)
8. Placement Semarang and Demak
9. Can join ASAP

1. Have a good understanding of Sales Management (B2B and B2C)
2. Understand KSI (Key Sales Indicator), MS Office (especially excel and pivot)
3. Fostering quality relationships and communications with customers
4. Marketing product according to targets
