JOB DESC :
 

  • Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
  • Handling end-to-end recruitment process (Including sourcing, screening, cold calling, short-listing, onboarding candidates)
  • Making reports of potential candidates' competencies or complete profiling to be reviewed by the clients
  • Processing candidate from submit CV, interview process, offering process, until the candidate joins the client’s company
  • Calculate bonuses and allowances
  • Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees
  • Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
  • Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases
  • Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deduction

Requirements and skills

  • Minimum bachelor degree of any related major
  • Hands-on experience with payroll and recruitment at outsource or head hunter company
  • Proven work experience as a HR (Recruitment and payroll)
  • Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation
  • Time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Willing to work from office in Semarang
  • Can join ASAP
