2. Hands-on experience recruitment at outsource or head hunter company
3. Proven work experience as a HR Recruitment/TA
4. Good knowledge of labor legislation
5. Time-management skills
6. Ability to handle confidential information
7. Willing to work from office in Semarang
8. Can join ASAP

Job Descriptions :

1. Handling end-to-end recruitment process (Including sourcing, screening, cold calling, short-listing, onboarding candidates)
2. Processing candidate from submit CV, interview process, offering process, until the candidate joins the client’s company
3. Making reports of potential candidates' competencies or complete profiling to be reviewed by the clients
